Most children benefit significantly from IMACS classes, but not every child. Some are not ready, others may have missed the opportunity and are not able to handle the more advanced classes. Keep in mind that IMACS classes are not based on age or grade level, so the only way to know whether your child can benefit from IMACS classes is to take a free class.
