Here is your chance to experience IMACS together with your child first
hand. When you attend the free IMACS placement class, your son or daughter will
have the opportunity to participate in a live session designed to explore and
evaluate their predisposition to logical and creative thinking.
Filled with fun yet challenging math games and logic puzzles, this class is
a hit with many young students, and will give you a good idea of what IMACS classes
are all about. Designed for 1st - 5th grade students* that are doing well in school, IMACS develops
your child’s ability to apply knowledge and discover solutions that are
not readily apparent.
The IMACS curriculum does not focus on memorization or repetition. Rather,
these classes are more comparable to strength training for the mind. Students
learn how to think abstractly, preparing them to master a variety of future challenges
yet to be discovered.
At the conclusion of the free placement class, an IMACS instructor evaluates your child’s starting point in the program and presents suggestions for which types of classes will help make the most of their talent.
