Math Enrichment
Each Math Enrichment lesson is carefully crafted to combine games, logic puzzles, mathematical problem-solving and other intellectually exciting activities that help students develop logical and critical thinking skills and the ability to deal with abstractions. Computer Programming and Virtual Robotics
At MIT and elsewhere students are introduced to fundamental principles of computer science by studying the control programs of autonomous robots. The IMACS CDG commissioned special software that allows much younger students to benefit from this approach. University-Level Mathematics*
Since 1984, the development team has been rewriting, restructuring and updating the Elements of Mathematics series, whose pre-1984 version is still being distributed by McRel. University-Level Computer Science*
The IMACS computer science courses are based on the Schemer's Guide series of textbooks written by the IMACS CDG, published by Schemers Inc. and in use at colleges throughout the world.
